I wanted to thank you, and the VJB band for making Emilys and Johns wedding last Saturday so special.  Your band was fantastic and really got everybody up and dancing.  Many of the guests at the wedding came up to me and said you were the best band that they have ever heard.   The Vincent James Band provided the music for my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding in April 2021.  Pre-wedding Charles was so kind, communicative and thorough.  We couldn’t be happier with our choice!
From the talented  cocktail party guitarist, unbelievable band, and after-party d.j., the music rocked!!!  All of the guests and wedding party, ages 23 to 65, loved the music and literally everyone was dancing, inside and outside!! Thank you to the Vincent James Band for their professionalism and for sharing their talent to make the day so beautiful and so much fun!! I hope we have the occasion to enjoy the band again!

  This is a delayed review as our wedding was 9-1-19 at the Lake House Inn but I couldn't pass up a chance to share how wonderful VJB was. I can't imagine our wedding without this band. The music was out of this world and everyone couldn't stop talking about how talented the band was. I've never seen a dance floor SO packed because everyone was enjoying the music so much, they couldn't help but dance every chance they got. Charles was extremely communicative and so easy to work with leading up to the wedding. We also had a lot to coordinate with a wedding party of almost 30 people total, a flash mob, a choreographed first dance, AND an original song performance by my cousin. Charles was patient and helped us plan every detail so things ran smoothly. If you are considering VJB, don't look any further, you will NOT be disappointed.   The VJB put on a fantastic performance at my daughter’s wedding. The music selection and the level of talent were both fantastic. Their leader Charles was accommodating and pleasant to work with in preparation for the event. He tailored the song list to our requests. He always responded to my emails promptly. He also made a point of speaking with me the week before the wedding to confirm the event timing and a myriad of details to assure the band was properly prepped to serve as master of ceremonies during the reception. At our request, the band also played a few prerecorded tunes to accommodate line dances, etc.

We also booked a guitar and flute duo through the VJB for the ceremony and cocktail hour music. All was great and classy. Many of our guests were gushing that the VJB was the best wedding band they’d ever heard.

I also have to commend their sound man for keeping the sound at a level that allowed guests to chat at their tables without having to scream above the sound of the band. I play in a rock band at local bars and I know first hand how difficult it is to get the sound just right to where the musicians can play with gusto without playing so loud that the audience can’t hear themselves think.The sound level was just right. This is not to be taken for granted.

The VJB was perfect. I would book them again in an instant.

  I could not WAIT to write this review!! We got married this past Saturday and our guests can not stop talking about how fantastic the Band was. From the start, Charles and Maureen were absolutely fantastic, kind and SO helpful! Almost a year before our wedding we went to see them at a local charity event and we knew we were in for a treat when we witnessed a packed dance floor from the first song to the last song. And that is exactly how it was at our wedding - all night a packed dance floor. They know how to entertain and they are so very professional. Please look no further if you are searching for the perfect wedding band! Thank you, Vincent James Band, for making our night UNFORGETTABLE!!
